Is it difficult to assemble Amazing Treat Machine toys?

It’s not difficult at all – in fact it’s quite easy! Simply fold toys together. No glue, tape, or fasteners are required. Scratchers do not require assembly.

For the Amazing Treat Machine’s treat dispensing mechanism, you will need to cut three holes in the bottom of a 16.9oz plastic water bottle.

No. You can use your pet’s regular food. Most dry pet food works perfectly.

You fill the treat dispenser through an opening on the back of the Amazing Treat Machine.

How do I refill Amazing Treat Machine Rollers with treats?

You fill the treat dispenser through the circular opening in the Roller toy. Then gently shake the toy until the treats fall into the inner circular opening and enter the treat dispenser. Catnip stays in!

All Amazing Treat Machine toys are made from linerboard which uses approximately 30% Post-Consumer recycled cardboard. For the Amazing Treat Machine, you reuse your own plastic water bottle for the treat dispenser.

Are Amazing Treat Machine toys safe for my pet?

Yes, they are safe for your pet! The cardboard is produced in California using non-toxic glue and the graphics are printed with non-toxic ink.

Always supervise your pet while it uses the Amazing Treat Machine. Even though it’s non-toxic, your dog shouldn’t eat cardboard.

Recycle your Amazing Treat Machine toy when it is worn or damaged.

With supervision and some basic care, the Amazing Treat Machine can last many months.

With supervision and using the Extra Wheels provided, each Amazing Treat Machine Rollers may last up to two months.

All Amazing Treat Machine toys are 100% recyclable!

The rubber band that holds the product together during shipping is bio-degradable and the shipping envelope contains post-consumer recycled material. Both the shipping envelope and rubber band should be reused or recycled.

Do not let your dog play with or chew the rubber band or shipping envelope.

What happens if my product is damaged during delivery?

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective product it will be replaced at no charge.

Due to the nature of the product’s printing and materials there may be minor imperfections or cosmetic blemishes on each Amazing Treat Machine toy. Only structural defects prohibiting functionality are applicable for replacement.
